Not for the B2B contractor model. Your new team member works with your company as an independent contractor (an Individual Entrepreneur in Georgia), so you don’t need to open a local entity or run payroll in Georgia.
The professional invoices your company directly, usually monthly, and you pay them by international bank transfer. Payment terms are set in your B2B agreement.
