Our role
HirePoint provides recruitment and talent sourcing services and does not act as an Employer of Record or payroll provider. Professionals introduced through our services enter into contractual arrangements directly with client companies. Each party is responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. Any assistance with registration or accounting is informational or administrative in nature and does not guarantee eligibility for a particular tax regime or legal classification.

- HirePoint does not employ candidates or professionals, and is not a party to the contract between a professional and a client company.
- HirePoint does not run payroll, pay professionals or make social security contributions on anyone’s behalf.
Responsibilities of each party
- Professionals remain responsible for their own registration, tax filings, declarations and other business obligations, subject to applicable law — including where HirePoint provides assistance or accounting consultations.
- Client companies remain responsible for their own contractual and legal obligations, including how they engage and work with professionals.
Contractor classification
Calling an arrangement a B2B or independent contractor agreement does not on its own determine its legal nature. Authorities and courts may look at how the relationship works in practice — for example, the degree of control over how work is done, integration into the client’s organisation, and economic dependence — and at the law of each country involved.
Using a B2B arrangement does not eliminate employment, tax, permanent establishment, social security or worker-classification risks in Georgia or in the client’s country. Client companies and professionals should obtain their own legal and tax advice on their specific arrangements.

Third-party benefits
Benefits such as health insurance, coworking discounts and fitness memberships are provided by independent partners. Their availability, pricing and conditions are set by those partners, and their own terms apply. HirePoint is not responsible for the services partners provide.
Liability
Our liability in connection with our services is governed by the written agreement for those services. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
